Having heightened intuition is crucial to success in making business decisions and   for self-development.  Develop stronger intuitive powers to use when facing new situations.  We were all born intuitive, but often logic, life and stress may switch us off from our inner senses that tell us how we really feel about the things we are doing and how we are experiencing the world.  Intuition is not a substitute for analytic thinking, it is complementary, providing leaps of imagination, gut feelings or flashes of insight to aid your strategies and timings of actions.

If you were doing all the things you truly wanted to do - WHAT WOULD MAKE YOUR HEART SING?   If you have felt the presence of synchronicity and flow in your life before you will know that the experience is exhilarating yet often fleeting.  Come and plant some mind seeds that follow the universal principles of manifestation and abundance and recapture your feelings of 'flow'.

Recognise the principles of abundance you habitually use and those you may want to work on. Find out whether you have the support of your subconscious mind for your current actions.  Listen closely and open up to your own powers of universal intuitive guidance.

GETTING TIME ON YOUR SIDE

We have a relationship with time - one we can change for the better.  You don't use time - it uses you.  Whether you race to complete tasks as quickly as possible or you do nothing at all - time still passes at the same rate and you can't have any of it back.  Discover how the way you hold time in your mind and body affects you.  And how it impacts on the things you do and don't achieve, and the people you come into contact with.  Acquire some time management techniques, and find a more holistic way to manage yourself in relation to time. Discover when to 'push' for your goals, when to 'pull' and when to simply let time 'flow'.


MODELLING OTHER PEOPLES' SUCCESSFUL STRATEGIES

If you can work out how someone does something that you have a passion to do it opens up a world full of possibilities for  you.

Modelling other peoples' winning strategies will give you a deeper understanding of how to achieve excellence than textbook learning ever could.  You will get new insights into how other people  internally manage their thoughts.  Become aware of the behaviour, beliefs, state of mind and sensory experiences that make up the whole experience when a person is performing a task at their best.

There are  thousands of skills patterns you can model.  Start with some useful everyday abilities that people around you may display and that you might like to acquire, say 1) How to pay or receive compliments 2)  Making  good decisions quickly 3) Capturing the essence, of a book or a complex situation 4)  the ability to assemble flat pack furniture 5) sorting clutter  6) Stopping mind chatter and becoming focused, and many  more.  (For fuller details see article on skills modelling courtesy of Positive Health Magazine).


GETTING GOOD IDEAS - IDEA MANAGEMENT - CREATIVITY AT WORK

You  may employ other people and want to capitalise on their bright ideas, or you may want to harness your own creative brainwaves in a packageable form.   Then don't miss this opportunity to spend a fun day mining  for creative gems of ideas, some of which may pay dividends.

Workshop covers:  The scope for good ideas.  (British businesses save millions of pounds annually from harnessing employee ideas and offering  rewards,  See article, Genius in the Office, courtesy Evening Standard).  Putting your mind to work:  identifying the need, aim or goal you want to achieve,  Creating good ideas.  Let your  mentors help you - the creative process.  Getting your ideas into shape.  Designing your framework, to ask for good ideas, and to present ideas to others.  An idea is only a notion - unless an action  follows.  Clarifying your thinking - so what's the next step?

CONFIDENCE BUILDING BY CHALLENGING LIMITING BELIEFS

Are you  facing a change in life, or a new job role, perhaps offering bigger rewards but greater challenges?  Benefit from a confidence building day using NLP techniques. If we are not feeling confident we can allow our  brains' to make negative comments about our abilities that go unchallenged.  (e.g. I'm too old/young/stupid, not good/clever/attractive enough)  So that at times of transition and change, when we need our  confidence most, it can desert us. 

How many of the everyday statements you allow your brain to make about you would stand up to closer scrutiny?  Find out how negative thinking is built and how to  reframe it.  Question some of your habitual ways of thinking and finding positive beliefs that support you and instil confidence.

Your daily habits are what will determine your future.  Successful people have successful habits. If you've ever swapped one situation for another that seemed better, only to discover that you still experience  the same restlessness that encouraged you to move, then focusing on what you truly want will be well worth concentrating on.  Before you leave one situation, you need to clearly identify the things that will make  you next move a happier one.  Identify how your habits work to create future situations, whether you are happy, healthy, fulfilled or unfulfilled  - your quality of life is down to you.  Design some new  habits for building greater clarity and focus into setting your future goals.
